CREATOR PROGRAM

• Your code works for people who have never had a Codexe plan. On their first monthly Pro payment they pay $12 instead of $15; on other plans the code gives no discount but still counts for you.
• A person who subscribes with your code stays yours: you earn 25% of each of their plan payments in their first 12 months, in the currency they paid in, without taxes. An annual plan is one payment, counted when it is paid.
• Your code cannot be combined with other offers: one discount per subscription.

• Your first 60 days are a trial with no minimum and the same commissions. After that, at least 3 new paying subscribers with your code every calendar month, starting from the first full month after the trial. If a month ends below that, the program ends for you and your code stops working; what you already earned is still paid.
• Content that shows Codexe honestly: say it is a partnership, do not promise things Codexe does not do, and do not post your code where ads or spam are not allowed.
• Tokens we add for content are for that content. We look at what is generated with them, and personal use ends the program.

• Each commission waits 30 days, the refund window, before it is owed. A refunded or disputed payment earns nothing; if its commission was already paid, it is taken from the next payment.
• We pay what is owed once a month, when it reaches $20, and ask for your payout details before the first payment.
• You are responsible for the taxes on what you earn, and send us a receipt or an invoice where your country requires one.

You can leave whenever you want. We can end the program for you if you are below the monthly minimum, or at once for subscriptions you made yourself or with accounts you control, fake or misleading content, spam, or tokens used for anything other than your content. Commissions from fraud are not paid.

We may change these terms. We tell creators by email at least 14 days before a change takes effect, and it applies only to payments made after that date: commissions already earned keep the terms they were earned under. If you do not accept a change, you can leave the program.

The program is run by Penguin Studios, the company behind Codexe: details on the about page. These are the terms of 2026-10-08; the version you accept is recorded with your application.

What you send in the form (your name, contact, channels and links) is used to review your application and run the program. We keep it while you are in the program and for 12 months after, then delete it; you can ask us to delete it sooner at [email protected]. The privacy policy covers the rest.
