Create a Minecraft Java 1.21+ datapack that adds a custom item called "Crystal Pickaxe".
This item must behave like the Donut SMP Shard (Amethyst) Pickaxe with 3x3 mining, but with the following exact specifications:
MAIN FEATURES:
- Name: Crystal Pickaxe
- Base appearance: Netherite Pickaxe (same model and texture as a Netherite pickaxe)
- Enchanted visual glow: YES (always looks like a Netherite pickaxe with enchantments)
- Mining ability: breaks blocks in a 3x3 area (9 blocks total) centered on the mined block
- Works with Silk Touch correctly on all compatible blocks
- Same mining speed as a Netherite Pickaxe with Efficiency V
ENCHANTMENTS:
- Silk Touch I (always applied)
- Efficiency V (always applied)
- The item MUST NOT have Unbreaking or Mending
ENCHANTMENT RESTRICTIONS:
- Players must NOT be able to add Mending or Unbreaking III via anvils, enchanting table, commands, loot tables, villager trades, or any other vanilla method
- If Mending or Unbreaking is somehow added, the datapack must automatically remove them immediately
DURABILITY SYSTEM:
- The Crystal Pickaxe has the SAME durability as a Diamond Pickaxe (1561 durability)
- It is NOT unbreakable
- It must lose durability normally when mining blocks
- It must break when durability reaches 0
DISENCHANTING:
- The Crystal Pickaxe cannot be fully disenchanted using a grindstone
- The grindstone must NOT remove its custom properties or downgrade it into a normal item
- If necessary, the datapack should restore the item after grindstone interaction

- Minecraft Java Edition 1.21+
- Fully datapack-based (no mods)
