Subscriptions and checkout

#Subscribing

Choose Pro or Business on the pricing page, monthly or annual:

Enterprise is arranged with us directly (contact sales on the pricing page).

#Checkout

Payments are processed by Tebex, our payment provider (cards, PayPal and other local methods depending on your country). When you click a plan or a token pack:

1. Codexe creates your personal checkout with the correct price, including any offer you're eligible for.
2. You're redirected to the secure checkout page to pay.
3. After payment you return to your dashboard. Your plan and tokens are activated automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds.

Codexe never sees or stores your card details.

#What you get when it activates

The full allowance for the period (3,000,000 (3M) tokens a month on Pro, 8,000,000 (8M) on Business, 12× that on annual plans) plus access to the plan's models and features.

#Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, and the period's allowance is granted again. If a renewal payment fails, we email you. The plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then the account returns to Free.

#Cancelling

Cancel any time from your Dashboard → Plan with Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals:

• you keep your plan until the end of the period you've already paid for,
• then the account returns to Free and the daily free allowance resumes,
• your projects and your remaining balance stay in your account.

#Changing plan

To move between Pro and Business, pick the plan on the pricing page. Upgrading mid-period tops up your balance proportionally. Downgrades never take tokens away.

#Refunds

See the Refunds section of the Terms. In short: the EU right of withdrawal applies, and billing errors and service failures are refunded case by case to the original payment method. Tokens a failed first generation used are restored automatically, separately from any money refund. See Credit restoration.
