#Which payment methods can I use?

Checkout is handled by Stripe: credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and more), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay and Link. Subscriptions bought before 5 October 2026 keep renewing through Tebex, with the method you used then.

#In which currency are prices?

Prices are set in US dollars and the amount at checkout is the total: no tax is added on top. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it.

#Where are my receipts?

Every payment is confirmed in Codexe and by email. Need an invoice? Ask support: it's issued with the name, address and country you entered at checkout.

#Do I need a subscription to use Codexe?

No. The Free plan includes 50,000 tokens refilled every 24 hours, and token packs work without a subscription.

#Does Compile or downloading cost tokens?

No. Only AI work uses tokens: generations, chat messages, web searches and texture images.

#What happens to my tokens if I cancel?

Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Your balance stays in your account; after the period ends, the account continues on the Free plan.

#Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled under the Terms: the EU withdrawal right applies, and billing errors or service failures are refunded case by case to the original payment method. Tokens are never exchanged for money. Separately, tokens used by a failed first generation are restored automatically.

#Something went wrong during payment
