#Creating an account and signing in

Codexe accounts use Discord or GitHub. On codexe.eu/login, choose Continue with Discord or Continue with GitHub. The first time, this creates your account; afterwards it signs you in. There's no separate registration form and no Codexe password to remember or reset.

New accounts start on Free with 50,000 tokens, plus 2,500 for the provider you signed up with.

#Linking Discord and GitHub

On your account page, under Linked accounts, you can link both providers so either one signs you in. Linking each provider for the first time gives 2,500 tokens (once per provider). You can unlink one as long as at least one sign-in method remains.

#One account per network

To prevent abuse of the free allowance, only one account can be created per network (IP address). If you see Too many accounts on this network while signing up (for example in a school, dorm or shared office), contact support.

#Your account page

Account lets you:

  • see your identity and linked providers,
  • change your email address (confirmed with a code sent to the new address),
  • set up two-factor authentication,
  • download your data,
  • sign out everywhere,
  • ask us to delete your account.

#Downloading your data

Download my data gives you a JSON file with everything Codexe stores about you: your profile, projects with their files and chat history, credits, payments, sign-in history and notifications. Passwords and login tokens are never included.

#Signing out everywhere

Sign out everywhere ends every session on every device at once, including the one you are using. Use it if you signed in on a computer that isn't yours or think someone else has access.

#Deleting your account

Accounts are deleted by a person, not by a button. In Delete your data, choose a reason, add anything we should know, confirm and send the request. It reaches the team by email, and you receive a confirmation with a reference. We tell you the outcome within one month; until then your account keeps working as usual.

Once deleted, your projects, balance history, purchases record and sessions are removed for good.
